Subcontractor shall furnish all labor and materials for the Riverside Commerce Park electrical rough-in.
Contractor's receipt of payment from Owner is a condition precedent to Subcontractor payment.
Subcontractor shall pay $1,000 per calendar day beyond the Substantial Completion Date, without any aggregate cap.
In no event shall Subcontractor be entitled to compensation for delay regardless of cause.
